Establishment and Practice of Graduate Training Incentive

合理有效的研究生培养激励机制的建立,具有全员性、系统性、动态性、一致性、规范性和公正性的基本要求,其主要内容大致可以概括为四个结合,即:物质奖励与精神奖励、保健因素与激励因素、正面激励与负面激励、目标管理与过程管理。

Establishing reasonable training incentive mechanism is full, systemic, dynamic, consistency, regularity and fairness of the basic requirements, its main contents can be roughly summed up in four combinations, namely： material and spirit award, health and incentive factors, positive and negative motivation, goal and process management.
