摘要
合理有效的研究生培养激励机制的建立,具有全员性、系统性、动态性、一致性、规范性和公正性的基本要求,其主要内容大致可以概括为四个结合,即:物质奖励与精神奖励、保健因素与激励因素、正面激励与负面激励、目标管理与过程管理。
Establishing reasonable training incentive mechanism is full, systemic, dynamic, consistency, regularity and fairness of the basic requirements, its main contents can be roughly summed up in four combinations, namely: material and spirit award, health and incentive factors, positive and negative motivation, goal and process management.
