回顾了世界烟草业几十年来降焦减害的发展历程,降低卷烟危害,提高卷烟安全性是卷烟发展的主要方向。系统论述了中草药减害作用原理及提取、添加方式,讨论了运用我国传统的中医学原理,研发含中草药的中式低害卷烟的关键技术,以期最大幅度地降低吸烟的风险,建立具有中国特色的中式卷烟新技术。
