摘要
为探讨重症干眼病的有效治疗方法。利用显微血管吻合技术，行自体颌下腺去神经状态的游离移植，再造泪腺，治疗４例５眼重症干眼症，近远期疗效观察效果满意。无任何副作用，为重症干眼症治疗提供了新的手段。
Free submandibular salivary gland for 2 months to two years in which microvascular transfer of the transfer was used as a new method of treatment for xerophthalmia.The 4(5eyes)cases have been followed for 2 months to fwo years in which micvorascular transfer of the submandibular gland relieved the dryness and improved sight with negligible side effects.It offered the new approach of treating total xerophthalmia.
