DSP在冻干技术测试中的应用研究

摘要 本文主要介绍在冻干机测试技术控制中采用DSP芯片控制冻干工艺的实验方法。它的特点是灵活性、稳定性、精确性以及有效成本率。该法集温度、真空度、共晶点测试为一体,减少了硬件投资,简化了电子线路,降低了故障率,极大提高了整机的可靠性,更有利于市场化,降低了成本,节约了能耗,提高了设备的性能,确保冻干工艺可靠运行,保证冻干制品的质量。本研究是DSP用于冻干工艺控制的初次应用研究,尚需在实践中不断完善与提高。 The main purpose of this paper introduce the experiment method of freeze drying measurement technology in DSP control. Its speciality is flexibility, stability, accuracy and the rate of valid cost. This method integrates temperature, vacuum measurement, cutectic measurement. It reduce the invest of hardware, simplify the electronic circuit, decrease the rate of error, increase reliability of machine, in favour of entering the market, reduce the cost, save the energy, increase capability of machine,assure reliably running of freeze drying technology,ensure the quality of freeze drying product. This research firstly applies DSP technology in controlling freeze drying, so it must continuously perfect and increase in practice.
