盐藻β-胡萝卜素的免疫药理研究 Ⅰ对非特性免疫和体液免疫的影响 被引量:16

摘要 盐藻β-胡萝卜素(β-C)是从盐泽杜氏藻中提取的β-胡萝卜素。本文研究了β-C对非特异性免疫和体液免疫功能的影响。结果表明,β-C能明显提高正常小鼠嗜中性粒细胞和巨噬细胞(M_φ)的吞噬功能,并能对抗环磷酰胺(CTX)所致的嗜中性粒细胞和M_φ吞噬功能低下;还能显著增加正常小鼠脾脏空斑形成细胞(PFC)数目,并能拮抗CTX对绵羊红细胞(SRBC)应答的抑制作用。提示β-C对非特异性免疫和体液免疫均有增强作用,对CTX所致的免疫功能低下小鼠亦有明显保护作用。 Beto-carotene(β-C) was isolated from Dunaliella salina and mainly composed of cis-isomer beta-carotene. We studied the effects of β-C on nonspecific immune function and specific immunological response. β-C 12. 5,25,50mg/kg were administrated ig for 28 days in mice. The results indicated that:①For nonspecific immune function. β-C could significantly increase the phagocytic index and percentage of neutrophil leukocytes compared with the control group (P<0. 05,P<0. 01),while 3-C 25mg/kg could antagonize the inhibitory effects by cyclophosphamide(P<0. 05). β-C could only increase the phagocytic percentage of MΦin normal mice(P<0. 05,P<0. 01,P<0. 01).β-C 12. 5mg,25mg/kg could reverse the suppressive effects of cyclophosphamide,enhance peritoneal macrophages phagocytosis(P< 0. 01,P<0. 01). ②For specific immunological response,β-C 25mg,50mg/kg significantly increase the number of plaque forming cells (PFC) of the spleen in normal and immunode-pressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide. It comes to the conclusion that β-C could markedly prevent from suppression of immunologic response against SRBC caused by cyclophosphamide.
