摘要
目的:研究大黄对大脑中动脉局灶性缺血再灌注模型大鼠脑梗死面积和血液流变学指标的影响,探讨大黄的脑保护作用机制。方法:SD大鼠64只,分为假手术组、模型组、大黄组和阿司匹林组,每组16只。线栓法制作大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,以HE染色和2,3,5-氧化三苯基甲氮唑(TTC)染色观察大黄、阿司匹林对大鼠大脑海马回细胞形态、梗死面积以及大鼠全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞变形指数的影响。结果:大黄能明显减少大鼠脑梗死面积,降低全血粘度和红细胞聚集性。结论:大黄具有保护脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用,其机制与改善血液流变性有关。
Objective:To study the effect of rhubarb on hemorheology parameyers in rats after local cerebral ischemic-reperfusion,so as to explore the protective mechanism of rat with occlusion of the middle cerebral artery.Method:Sixty-four SD rats were divided into four groups:control group(n=16),model group(n=16)rhubarb group(n=16)and aspirin group(n=16).The middle cerebral artery was occluded for 2 h to produce focal ischemic followed by 24 h reperfusion,HE staining and TTC staining were used to observe the areas of cerebral infraction.The effects on blood viscosity,erythrocyte deformability and erythrocyte aggregability in rat after local cerebral ischemic-reperfusion were observed after administration of rhubarb 0.45 g/kg/d and Aspirin 2.1 mg/kg/d.Results:Rhubarb could significantly reduce the areas of cerebral infraction and improve the erythrocyte deformability and reduce blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregability.Conclusion:Rhubarb provides protective effects against focal cerebral ischemic injury and this effects may be related to improving the hemorheological parameters.
