摘要
河蚌制剂痛克以0.2、0.4g/ml外用,对小鼠热板及慢性疼痛模型、大鼠光热及尿酸钠关节炎模型所致疼痛反应均显示较强的镇痛作用;对巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀、琼脂及角叉菜胶所致小鼠或大鼠足跖肿胀亦有明显的抗炎作用。经拆方比较还显示痛克的组成成分河蚌和三七也具有抗炎镇痛作用,这为痛克的组方提供了依据。
Tong Ke, composed of the extracts from the river clam Hyriopsis cumingii and Radix no tog in sen g ,was externally applied with 0. 2-0. 4 g/ml in mice and rats. The results showed that Tong Ke possessed a marked analgesic effect on mice caused by the hot-plate and slow ache test. As shown from the light and sodium urate crystal - induced arthritis.it also has an obvious analgesic effect in rats. In addition,an obvious anti-inflammatory effect was observed on crofon oil-caused mice ear swelling and agar or carrageenin-caused mice or rat swell-foot. The analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Tong Ke provide a scientific basis for its clinical use..
