摘要
对从淡水鱼的下脚料中制备及浓缩n-3多不饱和脂肪酸乙酯进行了工艺探讨。依次采取冷冻、结晶法、减压蒸馏法和尿素包合物吸附法,使得淡水鱼油的n-3多不饱和脂肪酸乙酯的含量≥65%,其中二十碳五烯酸(eicosapentaenoic acid,EPA)乙酯和二十二碳六烯酸(docosahexaenoic acid,DHA)乙酯总量≥30%。
In this paper,the technology of prepareing and concentrating the n-3 polyunsat-urated fatty acid ethyl esters from the fresh water fishwaste was studied. The content of n-3 polyunsaturated acid ethyl ester of freshwater fish oil was more than 65% 籭n which the total content of the eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) ethyl ester and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) ethyl ester was more than 30%,using methods of low-temperture crystalling ,vacumdistilling and urea complex adsorption in proper order.
