摘要分析了全球虚拟团队冲突产生的原因,并探讨了全球虚拟团队冲突管理的策略,以期为全球虚拟团队冲突管理实践工作提供借鉴。 This paper analyzes the causes of conflicts in global virtual teams, and studies how to deal with these conflicts, which is a vital component of team process.
