摘要
不同的信息结构对组织的效率会产生影响,信息共享的组织决策的效率要高于信息非共享的组织。在一个给定的信息结构下,决策权在委托人和代理人的不同安排,也会造成组织效率的不同。在组织决策系统内,在满足委托人或代理人的参与条件下,双方各自获得项目投资的相应的支付,在不满足委托人或代理人的参与条件下,双方获得纳什谈判结果。
Information structures have an effect on organization efficiency; decision efficiency of information enjoyed doubly is higher than that of information enjoyed alone. Under the given information structure, the different arrangements of right between a principal and an agent bring about different efficiency. A principal and an agent gain respectively on the condition of taking part in, and they come to Nash bargaining results on the no condition of taking part in.
