Research on Impact Factors and Performance of Organization Learning in IJV

摘要从国际合资企业组织学习影响因素以及组织学习的绩效出发,对现有相关研究进行了回顾和梳理。指出了在国际合资企业的组织学习研究视角、管理控制与组织学习的关系以及组织学习绩效等问题上还需要进一步的探讨。 This paper reviews and comments on impact factors and performance of organization learning in IJV, and points out the issue for future research such as research angles, the relationship between management control and organization learning, organization learning performance and so on.
