光凝结合中药治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变

Treatment of diabetic retinopathy with combination of photocagulation and chinese herbs

为比较视网膜光凝结合活血化瘀中药与单纯视网膜光凝治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效，对４１例（７６只眼）糖尿病性视网膜病变患者作了观察，２０例（３６只眼）予视网膜光凝，另２１例（４０只眼）予光凝结合活血化瘀中药治疗。全部病例随访１年，观察两种治疗后视力及眼底的变化。结果：光凝结合中药治疗组患者视力提高优于单纯光凝组，眼底出血，水肿及渗出的吸收时间缩短。光凝结合活血化瘀中药治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变效果好于单纯视网膜光凝。

To compare curative effects of photocoagulation and photocoagulation combined with huoxuehuayu herbs in treatment of diabetic retinopathy.41 cases(76 eyes)were studied.21 cases(40 eyes)were treated with photocoagulation combined with chinese herbs,and 20 cases(36 eyes)with photocoagulation.All patients were followed up for 1 year.Changes of visual acuity and retina were examed.Results:Patients treated with photocoagulation combined with chinese herbs had better improvement of visual acuity and rapid dismissal of retinal hemorrhage,edema and exudation than did with photocoagulation.Conclusion:Photocoagulation combined with huoxuehuayu herbs is better than photocoagulation alone in treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
