复发性视网膜脱离玻璃体视网膜手术

本文对１９９４年１２月—１９９５年９月间行玻璃体切除术，膜剥离、视网膜切开、松解视网膜的５４眼病例进行回顾性分析。结果，出院时视网膜复位５０眼（９２．５％）、失败４眼（７．５％）。因此，只要医生能熟练掌握好常规视网膜脱离手术和玻璃体、视网膜显微手术的技巧及手术适应症，临床上难以治愈的复发性增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变Ｄ级的视网膜脱离病例，就能取得良好的效果。

o evaluate the effect of vitrectomy,membrane peeling and retinotomy,We analysed retrospectively 54 eyes with severe recurrent proliferative.vitreoretinopathy(GradeD) Who were treated with vitrectony,membrane peeling and relaxing retinotomy.Results:Among the 54 eyes,50 eyes (925%) were achieved retinal reattachment before leaving from hospital.Conclusios:Eyes with severe recurrent proliferative vitreoretinopathy(GradeD) can still be treated successfully by convetional technique as soon as the doctor was skillfal and had rich experience for the retinal operation.vitreoretinal microsurgery.Also should keep indication for surgery strictly.
