准分子激光角膜表面切削术治疗近视的疗效分析

A clinical report of excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy in myopia

应用美国ＣＨＩＲＯＮ公司ｋｅｒａｃｏｒ１１７型准分子激光治疗仪对６８例１３０眼近视患者行ＰＲＫ治疗。术前屈光度（等值球镜）为－２．００—－９．７５Ｄ（ｘ±ｓ：－５．１１±１．８１Ｄ）散光度０—－４．０Ｄ。结果：术后３—６个月残留屈光度为＋０．０８±０．２９Ｄ，裸眼视力≥０．８者占９４．２％，≥１．０者占９０．４％。术前屈光度－２Ｄ—－６Ｄ患眼，术后３—６个月裸眼视力≥０．８者占９５．２％，≥１．０者占９４．２％；术前屈光度－６．２５Ｄ—－９．７５Ｄ者，术后３—６个月裸眼视力≥０．８者占９１．７％，≥１．０占６５．４％。实际矫正度数在预测矫正度±０．５Ｄ范围内者占８４．６％，０．８％的术眼有２级以下的角膜上皮下雾状混浊，１．５％术眼角膜有丝状物，１．５％术眼用药后一过性眼压升高，最佳矫正视力下降１行者占５．２％。结论：ＰＲＫ治疗中低度近视是一种安全，有效的手术方法。其稳定性好，预测性强，值得临床应用。但术后应注意护理及随访。

o evaluate the therapeutic effects of Excimer Laser photorefractire Keratectomy(PRK) for correction of myopia.With Keracor117 excimer laser,PRK was performed on 130 eges of 68 cases with myopia of -200 to-975 diopters (mean,-511±181D)and the hightest astigmatism -400D. Results:The mean refraction was +008±029D after 3 to 6 months postoperatively.942% uncorrected vision was more than 08,904% more than 10 In the first group (myopes below-600D),952% uncorrection vision was more than 08.942% more than 10. For the second group (myopes over-600D),917% uncorrected vision was more than 08,654% more than 10.Haze is main complication in PRK. Conclusions PRK is a safe,effective,stable,predictable method to treat myopia (especially for myopes below-600D),posteroperative care and followup should be servesesed.
