摘要
从20世纪90年代以来,世界各证券交易所纷纷实施股份化改革。本文试图从股份化改革的原因,股份化改革对交易权、所有权、监管和公司治理以及绩效的影响等方面,对目前已经进行股份化改革的证券交易所进行比较,从而初步探讨我国沪深交易所进行股份化改革的必要性和可能采取的改革措施。
From 1990s,stock exchanges around the world have carried out demutualization. This paper tries to have international comparisons among stock exchanges that have demutualized, by analyzing the reasons of demutualization, effects on trading rights, ownership, supervision, corporate governance and performances. Then discusses the necessaries and possible measures of Shanghai and Shenzhen exchanges＇ demutualization.
