摘要
文中结合《物权法》,对船舶抵押权登记的法律性质、法律效力以及登记对抗制等问题进行了分析,澄清了对船舶抵押登记相关法律问题的不确定性认识。
Based on the regulations of the Real Right Law of the People＇s Republic of China.this paper makes a research on some legal issuex in the registry of ship morrgage ,such as its legal nature ,legal effect and the registry challenge system,to clarify the current misunderstandings of them.
