摘要
介绍了水泵水轮机组的工作方式及特点,水泵水轮机蜗壳座环在泵工况及水轮机工况的水力特性。通过强度计算,确定尾水管结构的设计原理,以及按照ASME锅炉及压力容器规范对尾水管上所有开孔采取补强措施后有效补强面积的计算方法。
The working mode and characteristics of the pump turbine are introduced. The hydro characteristics of the draft tube at pump mode and turbine mode are described. The theory of draft tube structure design based on stress analysis, the calculation of effective reinforced area for all holes on the draft tube, according to ASME ‘boiler and pressure container specification', are confirmed.
