摘要
合金化与热加工工艺对TiAl合金的组织、性能及成形有着重要的影响,简述了通过合金化细化TiAl合金凝固组织,以及熔模精密铸造、包套锻造、板材轧制、快速凝固、机械合金化与烧结等热加工技术,并探讨了不同热加工技术对TiAl合金的显微组织与性能的影响.
Alloying and hot processing technologies have important effects on microstructure, properties and forming of TiAl alloys. Solidification microstructure refining, precision investment casting, hot forging, sheet rolling, rapid solidification, mechanical alloying and sintering of TiAl alloys were reviewed simply. And microstructures and properties of TiAl alloys, produced by different hot processing technologies, were discussed.
