Nb-23Ti-10Ta-2Cr-18Si-xDy(原子分数(%)x=0.0,0.1)共晶合金主要由(Nb,Ti)_(ss),α-(Nb,Ti)_5Si_3和γ-(Nb,Ti)_5Si_3相组成.稀土元素Dy的加入使组织明显细化,尤其表现为硅化物尺寸的减少.Dy主要偏聚在晶界和相界,偏聚比约为2.5.Dy的加入有利于合金室温和高温强度以及室温塑性的提高.
The microstructures of Nb-23Ti-10Ta-2Cr-18Si-xDy (atomic fraction (%) x=0.0, 0.1) alloys mainly consist of (Nb, Ti)ss, α-(Nb, Ti)5Si3 and γ-(Nb, Ti)5Si3. The Dy addition remarkably refined the microstructure, especially refined the particle of the (Nb, Ti)5Si3 phases. Dy atoms will tend to accumulate at the interfaces between (Nb, Ti)ss and (Nb, Ti)5Si3 phases. The segregated ratio is approximately up to 2.5. The Dy addition increases room-temperature and high-temperature compressive strength and room-temperature compressive ductility.
