摘要
以环氧氯丙烷、二甲胺和一种支链化剂为原料,制备不同电荷密度和分子质量的聚胺类固着剂;将其作用于浆料滤液,以滤液中胶体粒子的粒度及Zata电位、滤液的阳离子需求量和浊度变化作为快速评价、筛选该类固着剂的有效方法。研究认为此方法适用于固着剂的筛选,并且具有用量少、测定速度快等特点。
Polyamine fixing agents with different charge densities and molecular weights were prepared by reacting epichlorohydrin with dimethylamine and a kind of suitable branching agent. The products were added into the filtrate of a kind of recycled pulp slurry, and their effects on controlling micro-stickies were evaluated by comparing the changes of the particle size and ~ potential of the colloidal substances in the filtrate, and the cationic demand as well as the turbidity of the filtrate. The results showed that this method is suitable for screening the fixing agents, The method has advantages of using small volume of samples and rapid measurement.
