二巯基化合物对杀菌剂402急性中毒的解毒作用

ANTIDOTAL EFFECTS OF DIMERCAPTRO COMPOUNDS ON THE ACUTE INTOXICATION WITH PESTICIDE 402

为了探讨杀菌剂４０２中毒的有效解救方法，采用二巯基丙磺酸钠（Ｎａ－ＤＭＰＳ）和二巯基丁二酸钠（Ｎａ－ＤＭＳ）对杀菌剂４０２急性中毒动物进行实验性治疗。结果：Ｎａ－ＤＭＰＳ及Ｎａ－ＤＭＳ对杀菌剂４０２急性中毒均有良好的解毒作用，并对杀菌剂４０２致胃粘膜损伤有明显的对抗作用。混合孵育后给予，解毒作用显著（Ｐ＜０．００１），提示Ｎａ－ＤＭＰＳ与杀菌剂４０２有可能发生化学反应。

Na DMPS and Na DMS were used to investigate their antidotal effect on the expsrimental animals acutely intoxicated with pesticide 402.Fine antidotal results and their significant resistance to the gastric mucosa damage were revealed.Antidotal effect was Significant( P<0.001)after mixed incubation,which suggests chemical reaction may occur between Na DMPS and pesticide 402.
