摘要
探讨了抄造条件对可逆温致变色防伪纸色差的影响。研究结果表明,当可逆温致变色材料的用量为0.6%左右时,防伪纸的色差便能强烈满足人的视觉要求;阔叶木浆比针叶木浆更有利于纸张色差的提高,且提高打浆度也能在一定程度上提高纸张的色差;填料的使用降低了防伪纸的色差,当填料用量由0增加至10%时,纸张色差降低34%;施胶导致纸张色差略有下降,但影响较小;在常用的助留体系中,传统的CPAM单元助留体系对可逆温致变色材料的留着效果最好。
The effect of papermaking process on the chromatic aberration of reversible thermochromic anti-counterfeiting paper was investigated. The results showed that 0.6% dosage (by wt) of reversible thermochromic capsules causes the chromatic observation which can be detected by the naked eyes; hardwood pulp is better than softwood in improving the chromatic aberration, and the chromatic aberration can also be improved by increasing the beating degree of the pulp. The chromatic aberration decreases 34% when PCC filler content increases from 0 to 10%. Sizing results in decreasing of the chromatic of aberration, but this effect is negligible. The retention agents can improve the efficiency of reversible thermochromic capsules, thus, improve the chromatic aberration of the paper.
