摘要
用二巯基丙磺酸钠对苯硫丹、多噻烷急性染毒小鼠进行保护解救。结果表明：二巯基丙磺酸钠对该两农药急性染毒小鼠具有显著的保护作用（Ｐ＜０．０５）。本实验填补了以二巯基丙磺酸钠作为首选药物治疗沙蚕毒系现有全部品种急性中毒解毒谱的空白。
Experiment was conducted in mice poisoned by Bensultap and Duo Sai Wan to investigate the protective antidotal effects of sodium dimercaptopropane(Na DMPS).The results showed that:(1) Na DMPS had a significant prophylactic antidotal effects on acute intoxication with both Bensultap and Duo Sai Wan in mice( P<0.05)。(2)Na DMPS filled the blank in the spectram of antidotal effects of nereistoxin derivatives as a spccific remedy to treat all kinds in the field of acute intoxication.
