摘要
应用低O2高CO2肺动脉高压大鼠模型,观察了不同低O2高CO2时间血浆内皮素含量(ET)、平均肺动脉压(mPAP)、右心室重量(RV/100gBW、RV/TV)的变化。结果显示,随低O2高CO2时间的延长,mPAP与ET均逐渐升高,二者呈良好正相关(r=0.742,P<0.001)。各实验组的RV/100gBW和RV/TV均高于对照组(P<0.01或0.001)。血浆ET浓度与RV/100gBW呈良好正相关(r=0.586,P<0.001)。表明慢性常压低O2高CO2肺动脉高压大鼠血浆内皮素浓度增加,与肺动脉高压的形成及右心室肥大有关。
In pulmonary hypertension rats induced by hypoxia hypercapania we observed the changes of plasma ET concentration,mean pulmonary artery pressure(mPAP),right ventricular weight per 100g boby weight(RV/100g BW) and the ratio of right ventricular weight to total ventricular weight(RV/TV).Three groups were designed:Normal group(N,n=10),Two week group(T,n=10 exposed to normobaric hypoxic and hypercapnic environment 10 hours perday for two weeks).Four week group(F,n=10 in this environment for four weeks.Results showed:①mPAP and ET were gradually increased with hypoxia and hypercapnia time prolonged showing a positive correlation between them,r=0.742( P<0.001),②In T and F,the values of RV/100g BW、RV/TV were higher than those in N ( P<0.01 or 0.001).Plasma ET level was positively correlated with RV/100g BW,r=0.586( P<0.001)。Conclusion:The increase of Plasma ET concentration in pulmonary hypertension rats induced by chronic normobaric hypoxia and hypercapnia was related to the involement of pulmonary hypertension and right ventricular hypertrophy.
