挡边带式输送机优化设计

摘要 运用散体力学理论得出,挡边带式输送机的输送能力除受驱动功率制约外,还受正常输送条件(包括物料极限高度以及物料与输送带间的摩擦力等)的制约;并结合事例对挡边带式输送机进行了优化设计。在相同输送条件下,功率降低了1/4,运速降低,使设计方案更趋科学、合理,具有较好的应用前景。 Accordmg to the theory o(granular naaterial mechanics, the transport'capability of the conveyor belt with sides is restricted not only by the factor of drive power, but also by routine transportation conditions (including the ultimate height of the material transported, the material attribute and the frictions between the material transported and the conveyor and so on), and optimizes the design of the conveyor belt with sides based on instances. The results indicate that under the same conditions the transport speed is reduced, the power is decreased twenty five percent and the design scheme is more scientific and more reasonable.
