摘要
论述了裴沟煤矿42采区集中运输巷运输方案确定及带式输送机优化设计,包括参数选择、选型计算和主要部件比较,从而提高了输送机性能,减少了作业人员,降低了成本,同时为大倾角凸变角带式输送机设计提供了经验。
The confirmation of the conveying scheme was devoted and analyzing the optimized design to belt conveyer in a massing transporting tunnel in No.42 mining site of Peigou Coal Mine. In its parameter selecting, form - choosing calculation and the comparison between main components are also included. This way, less workers will be needed, and man labor and the costs are to be reduced. Meanwhile, the experience in the design of dip flange angel belt conveyer will be enriched.
