VIDEO ASSISTED THORACOSCOPY IN ANTERIOR APPROACH SPINAL SURGERY

报告４例运用扩大操作口影像胸腔镜技术治疗脊柱疾患。该项技术可以运用于Ｔ２－１２椎体病变，具有切口小，创伤小，出血少，操作程序简单，安全可靠等优点。对麻醉、切口选择、操作要点。

Four cases of spinal diseases were treated with expanded operating port video assisted thoracoscopy,which could be used for the treatment of the vertebral diseases from T2 tp T12.It had the property of small incision,less injury,less bleeding and simple procedure.The details of anesthesia,selecting of the incision,main points of procedure,cautions and existing pro blems were discussed in this article.
