摘要
以WDJ-1.5型地下铲运机工作装置为研究对象,介绍了虚拟样机技术在地下铲运机工作装置中动臂机构分析中的应用,在动力学分析结果的基础上对动臂强度进行有限元分析,分析数据为设计改进提供了依据,对产品进行局部更新和全新设计具有重要指导意义。
The study is on WDJ- 1.5 underground scraper working device. It introduced a appliance of a virtual prototyping technology with working arm of underground carry semper structural analysis. It was analyzed in FEA software ANSYS. The accurate datum of the design presents basis to redesign, which is of significance for the partial update.
