摘要
介绍了刀具半径补偿功能的基本原理、刀具半径补偿进行过程、刀具半径补偿转接过渡及其所涉及的转接点计算等问题。以铣加工内外侧轮廓为例,说明了刀补转接点的计算对于合理、正确的编程所具有的重要意义。
The instruction for tool radius offset is one of the commonest in NC milling machine and machining center. The basics and process of tool radius offset were illustrated, and then switching situations and the computation about the coordinates of witching point were introduced. The importnce of the computation for a reasonable programming is showed in an example of milling inside and outside contour.
