摘要
传统的矿井提升机转子串电阻调速系统,存在着控制方式繁琐、可靠性低、调速性能差等缺点。针对这种情况提出了一种基于西门子变频器MM440和可编程控制器(PLC)S7-300的矿井提升机控制系统的设计方案,并对这一方案进行了分析。
In the traditional speed- regulated system of a mine hoist, speed is controlled by using rotor-ring resistance, there are many problems such as the fussy controlling way , breaking down easily and poor speed controlling etc.. According to this kind of condition, design a control system based on SIEMENS frequency convertor MM440 and PLC S7 - 300, and analyze the scheme.
