摘要
工作装置是装载机上的重要部件。应用Pro/E自带的Pro/Toolkit二次开发工具包对双动力(井上、井下)装载机的工作装置进行参数化设计,使装载机只要更换不同的工作装置就可适应不同工况的要求。参数化设计是一种使用重要几何参数快速构造和修改几何模型的造型方法,应用参数化设计可以大大提高设计的效率和质量,为设计人员带来了方便。
Work device is an important part of loader. The process of work device of hybrid loader（the surface, underground） parametric design based on secondary development tool Pro/Toolkit of Pro/E is introduced. In this way, the loader can adapt to different situations with replacement of different work devices. Parametric design is a modeling method. It uses important geometric parameters to construct and modify geometric model. Parametric design can improve the design efficiency and quality greatly, and give convenience to designers.
