摘要
在逆向工程中,零件数字化后得到大量点云数据,提出了一种基于由点生成线,由线生成面的处理方法,利用这些离散的点云数据重建零件曲面CAD模型。首先将点云数据滤除噪声、拼合得到零件完整的外轮廓,精简、切割得到一系列顺序排列的3D样条曲线,然后光顺这些空间样条曲线,由这些曲线生成曲面曲率满足工程要求的零件表面模型。
In reverse engineering, a lot of dot cloud datum after digitizing the part has got, present a dot, curve and surface - based surface reconstructed method to dispose of the datum in order to get a CAD model. First, will obtain a full outline of the part through eliminating noise, merging the dot cloud datum and a serial of 3D - spline curve through sampling the datum and cutting the section. Secondary, use the smoothed curve to regenerate a satisfactory surface after smoothing the 3D- spline curve.
