摘要
建立了直接在水中测定马来酸含量的紫外分光光度法。采用水作为参比,在水溶液中于211 nm处测定马来酸的含量,其表观摩尔吸光系数为ε211=1.39×10^4L/(mol·cm)。本法简便、快速,应用于多批马来酸含量的测定,其加标回收率在94.0%~102.3%之间,获得了比较满意的实验结果。
The determination of maleic acid in the aqueous solution by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was established in this paper. The aqueous solution was chosen as blanks. Maleic acid was determined at 211nm in the sample solution, Its apparent molar absorptivity was ε211 = 1.39X 10^4 L/( mol · cm). The method is simple and rapid. It has been applied to the determination of maleic acid in samples, the recovery was between 94.0% to 102.3%. The results were satisfactory.
