弯曲振动圆盘变幅器的动力学特性研究 被引量:8

摘要 根据圆盘在珩齿加工过程中只有圆节线的弯曲振动,并采用圆锥型变幅杆,推导了变幅杆和圆盘组成的变幅器的频率方程,求出了变幅器设计参数的数值解;用有限元对该变幅器进行模态分析,发现谐振频率与数值解接近。在此基础上,对设计的变幅器进行了动力学实验,测得的动力学参数与理论结果一致。通过计算变幅器中变幅杆和圆盘各自独立的谐振频率,发现与变幅器的谐振频率误差较大,说明变幅器设计时必须同时考虑变幅杆和圆盘的影响,否则设计的变幅器谐振频率误差过大。 The gear with big diameter, small thickness is a heavily resonant load of ultrasonic horn, because its dimension is not determined by the designing frequency of the ultrasonic system. Therefore the horn and disc must be considered at the same time while the vibration system is designed. In this paper, the disc is assumed that there are some circle node lines when vibrating, the cone horn is adopted. The frequency equations of the transformer are derived, which consists of the gear and the horn. Then the design parameters of the transformer are got by solving the equations computationally and demonstrated by modal analysis of finite element method, the resonant frequencies are consistent with each other. Based on the above answer, the transformer is made and tested dynamically; the experimental results have proved that theoretical solutions are correct. The resonant frequencies of the horn and disc are calculated as they are vibrated alone, the results show that the frequencies are not equal to one of transformer and the error is heavier, it means that the horn and gear must be considered at same time when the transformer is designed.
