摘要 以紫色甘薯品种山川紫为试材,对影响紫色甘薯在液体培养条件下生长的因素进行了研究。结果表明,在Hoagland培养液中培养,紫色甘薯植株中部茎段的插条生长状况显著好于顶部或基部茎段的插条;在以清水、1/4 Hoagland、1/2 Hoagland、Hoagland1、/4 MS1、/2 MS和MS为培养液进行紫色甘薯液体培养时,以1/2 Hoagland的培养效果最佳。建立的紫色甘薯的液体培养体系具有生长一致,环境可控,取材方便等优点。 In the experiment,a purple sweet potato cultivar ' Yamakawamurasaki' was used as test materiel to study the factors that affected the growth of cuttings in liquid culture by measuring some indexes,such as the growth of plant height,leaf number,leaf area,root length,root number and root fresh weight, etc. The experiment results and one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) indicated that the cuttings from middle stem section grew much better in Hoagland nutrient liquid than the cuttings from the top or base stem section; and the 1/2 Hoagland nutrient liquid was better than the water,1/4 Hoagland, Hoagland, 1/4 MS, 1/2 MS and MS for In vitro culture of the cuttings from purple sweet potato. A system of liquid culture in purple sweet potato was established in this experiment, which had such advantages as identical growth of material, controllable environment factorss and convenient materiel acquirement.
