摘要
研究了生防细菌Snb331发酵液原液及不同稀释液对水稻干尖线虫活性及运动行为的影响。结果表明,在1×(原液),2×,4×,6×,8×,10×稀释浓度下,水稻干尖线虫的校正死亡率分别是87.24%,66.75%,57.30%,44.87%,22.75%,18.09%,均与无菌水对照差异显著;其不同浓度的发酵液对水稻干尖线虫的行为影响不同,随着浓度的增大和时间的延长,对水稻干尖线虫活动频率的抑制也增强。
The effects of biocontrol bacteria Snb331 fermentation broth on the rice white-tip nematode(Aphelenchoides besseyi) were investigated. The corrected mortality rate of Aphe[enchoides besseyi at 1×,2×,4×,6×,8× and 10× dilution were 87. 24% , 66. 75%,57. 30%,44.87%, 22.75% and 18. 09%, respectively. The difference between these treatments and water control was significant. The different dilution of bacteria fermentation broth had different effects on Aphelenchoides besseyi. The restrain on moving frequency of Aphelenchoides besseyi was enhanced with the increased concentration and extended time.
