摘要
目的:探讨改良APACHEⅡ评分系统在急性脑血管疾病中的应用价值。方法:采用改良后APACHEⅡ评分系统对147例急性脑血管疾病进行评分,根据APACHEⅡ分值分层比较各组缓解率、住院率和病死率,并比较生存组和死亡组的APACHEⅡ评分。结果:根据改良APACHEⅡ评分分值进行分组后,随着分值逐渐升高,病死率也逐渐升高,死亡组评分均值显著高于生存组(P<0.05)。结论:改良APACHEⅡ评分系统用于急性脑血管疾病评估病情和预后,更加简便、快捷,适合急诊抢救需要。
Objective：To study application value of reformative acute physiologic and chronic health score （APACHE Ⅱ score） on patients with acute cerebrovascular disease. Methods： 147 patients were evaluated with reformative APACHE Ⅱ score and divided into 5 groups according to the scores. The recovery rate, admission rate and mobidity rate were compared between the survival group and the mobidity group. Results：An increased reformative APACHE Ⅱ score showed an increased mobidity rate. The reformative APACHE Ⅱ score in the mobidity group was higher than that in the survival group, with a significant difference （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion： Reformative APACHE Ⅱ score can be used to evaluate pathogenetic conditions and prognosis of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease conviniently. It is more convenient, quicker and suitable for emergency eases.
