补阳还五汤对脑出血大鼠脑内Flt-1和Flk-1蛋白表达的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Expression of Flt-1 and Flk-1 in Brains of Rats with Intracerebral Hemorrhage

摘要 目的:探讨补阳还五汤对脑出血大鼠脑内血管内皮生长因子受体VEGFR-1(Flt-1)和VEGFR-2(Flk-1)蛋白表达的影响。方法:SD大鼠90只,分为3组各30只,模型组及补阳还五汤组(中药组)采用Ⅶ型胶原酶诱导大鼠脑出血模型,假手术组(对照组)作为正常对照。术后中药组用补阳还五汤灌胃。3组均采用Westernblot法分析脑内Flt-1和Flk-1蛋白表达。结果:对照组未见Flt-1和Flk-1蛋白表达;模型组造模后1dFlt-1和Flk-1开始表达,持续增高至21d;中药组补阳还五汤干预后7、14及21d时Flt-1和Flk-1蛋白表达均高于模型组(P<0.01),Flt-1于21d达高峰,Flk-1于14d达高峰(均P<0.01)。结论:补阳还五汤能增强脑出血大鼠脑Flt-1和Flk-1蛋白表达,以促进脑组织修复。 Objective: To investigate the effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction on the protein expression of Flt-1 and Flk-1 in brains of rats with intraeerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Methods: The protein expression of Flt-1 and Flk-1 in the hemorrhagic hemisphere of eollagenase-indueed ICH model rats was detected at various time points by Western blot. Results: The expression of Flt-1 and Flk-1 was undeteetable in sham operation group. However, the expression of Flt-1 and Flk-1 could be observed from the 1st day in model group, and reached the peak at 21st day. In Buyang Huanwu decoctiontreated group, both the levels of Flt-1 and Flk-1 were higher than those in model group from 7th day to 21st day (P〈 0.01), and the expression of Flk-1 peaked at 14th day (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu decoction can up-regulate the protein expression of Flt-1 and Flk-1, thereby promoting brain self-repair of intraeerebral hemorrhagic rats.
