假性球麻痹后不同时间针刺风池穴的疗效比较

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Fengchi Acupuncture in the Patients with Supranuclear Paralysis in Different Stages of Disease

目的:观察假性球麻痹患者病程不同时期针刺的疗效。方法:240例假性球麻痹患者根据发病的不同时期给予针刺风池穴治疗,治疗前后按洼田氏饮水试验标准评分。结果:240例中发病<10d的患者针刺治疗有效率达100%,>10～30d有效率97%,>1～3月有效率83%,>3～6月有效率77%。结论:针刺风池穴治疗假性球麻痹各时期均有疗效,但早期治疗的效果明显优于晚期(P<0.05)。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture in the patients with supranuclear paralysis in different Stages of disease. Methods： 240 patients with supranuclear paralysis were treated with acupuncture at Fengchi acupoint in different Stages of disease, and graded with the standardization of the Watiaffs drinking test before and after treatmen. The therapeutic effect was observed after the two courses of treatment of the Fengchi acupoint. Results： The effective rate of the patiens treated with Fengchi acupuncture within 10 days from onset was 100%, between 10 and 30 days from onset was 97%, between 1 and 3 months from onset was 83%, and between 3 and 6 months from onset was 77 %, respectivcely. Conclusion： Fengchi acupuncture was effective in the treatment of patients with supranuclear paralysis, but the earlier, the better the therapeutic effect.
