脑瘫患儿父母健康教育需求的调查分析

Investigation on the Demands of Healthy Education for Cerebral Palsy Children's Parents

目的:调查脑瘫患儿父母对健康教育的需求,制定有效的健康教育策略,提高健康教育的质量。方法:采用自拟问卷调查法对150例脑瘫患儿父母进行健康教育需求的调查。结果:治疗原则和方法为患儿父母最主要的需求项目;阅读健康教育手册和资料为最希望的健康教育方式;电话咨询为家庭康复患儿父母最希望得到健康知识的途径。结论:全面开展多种形式的健康教育是促进脑瘫患儿与父母共同战胜疾病、有效配合医护人员、促进疾病康复、提高患儿生活质量的必要条件。

Objective： To survey the demands of healthy education for cerebral palsy children＇s parents, making an effective healthy educational strategy and improving the health educational quality. Methods： A self designed questionnaire was used to investigate the demands of healthy education for 150 cerebral palsy children＇s parents. Results： For cerebral palsy children＇s parents, therapeutic principle and methods were the main demanding items; reading healthy educational manual and information were the most desiring healthy educational ways; counseling healthy knowledge through telephone was the most desiring approach. Conclusion： Generally using multiple ways for healthy education is the essential condition for cerebral palsy children and their parents fighting for the disease together, cooperating with medical staff effectively, helping disease rehabilitation, and improving the patient＇s life quality.
