摘要
目的:探讨社区精神疾病患者康复的影响因素。方法:在查阅、参考相关文献的基础上,自行设计问卷调查表对社区精神疾病患者或家属开展现场调查,内容包括一般情况,期望政府、社区提供帮助方式,希望精神专科医院提供服务内容及方式等。结果:共发放调查问卷250份,收回207份,有效调查问卷205份(82.0%),收入≤250元与未能及时就诊关系较大(P<0.01);文化程度越低精神疾病患者希望精神专科医院提供帮助越大;普遍期望政府、社区对精神疾病患者提供支持与帮助。结论:精神疾病患者是社会的弱势群体,经济收入低、就业难,其防治需要政府和社会介入、干预并承担一定责任。
Objective： To investigate the influencing factors of rehabilitation for psychopaths. Methods： Based on consulting and referring large relevant literature, a questionnaire was designed to survey patients with psychopaths in the community, then the SPSS 13.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results：The patient＇s income had a close relationship with no-visit in time according to X^2 =7.31, P〈0.01; help from hospital. Patients generally expected government Patients with different educational levels demanded different and community could help and support them. Conclusion： Psychopaths with low income and little employment chance are the disadvantaged groups in the society, so government and society should be engaged in the prevention and cure of mental disorders.
