The expression of APRIL mRNA in Hashimoto disease

摘要 目的探讨APRIL基因在桥本氏病中的表达与临床意义。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR(RFQ-PCR)技术检测正常甲状腺组织和桥本氏病甲状腺组织中APRILmRNA的表达情况,分析APRIL基因表达与桥本氏病之间的关系。结果APRILmRNA在桥本氏病甲状腺组织中的表达水平显著高于正常甲状腺组织(P<0.01)。结论APRIL基因在桥本氏病的发生过程中可能具有重要功能。 Objective To explore the expression of APRIL gene and its clinical significance in Hashimoto disease.Methods Real-time Fluorescence quantitative PCR（RFQ-PCR） was used to measure the APRIL mRNA expression in Hashimoto disease and normal thyroid tissue,the results were statistically with Hashimoto disease.Results The expression level of APRIL mRNA in Hashimoto disease was significantly higher than that in normal thyroid tissue（P〈0.01）.Conclusion APRIL gene may play an important role in the progression of Hashimoto disease.
