不孕症患者心理因素和干预措施的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 不孕症是指凡婚后正常性生活未避孕．同居1年未受孕者（WHO，1992）。不孕症不仅严重影响患者的生活质量和身体健康状况．而且同时还影响了不孕症常规治疗的疗效．其中包括对体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF—ET）治疗的影响。因此我们不仅要重视不孕症患者的病理生理因素．同时要重视其心理因素和社会因素。通过对不育患者在诊疗过程中出现的心理因素的分析．以及有效的干预措施来调节其心理失调，有助于提高治疗效果．现就不孕患者的心理因素和干预措施的研究进展综述如下：
