摘要
应用多元逐步回归分析法考察中药提取物与微晶纤维素混合物的黏聚力、堆密度、含水量与片剂抗张强度的相关性。结果表明,混合物的黏聚力对片剂的抗张强度起主要影响,在考察范围内粉体黏聚力和含水量与片剂的抗张强度呈正相关。压片压力较大(1161和1839kg/cm2)时,堆密度与抗张强度呈负相关。
The correlation with the physical properties such as cohesion, bulk density and moisture content of the mixture of herbal extracts and microcrystalline cellulose and tensile strength of formed tablets was investigated by multivariate successive regression analysis. The results showed that cohesion seemed to be a major factor influencing tensile strength. Cohesion and the moisture content had positive correlation with tensile strength in measured range, while bulk density had negative correlation when the pressure increased to 1161 and 1839kg/cm^2.
