摘要
目前我国农村自然灾害、事故灾难、公共卫生和社会安全暴露的不和谐问题日益突出,已经严重影响到国民经济全面、协调及可持续发展。文章拟从剖析转轨期我国农村公共安全风险的成因入手,探讨新形势下加强我国农村公共安全管理的有效途径。
The natural disaster, accident, public hygiene in village and social safety have already influenced the national economy, development seriously and completely. This thesis draws up countermeasures from the analysis which causes public and safe risk inquiry in village of our country aiming at strengthening the public safety management.
