Cost Control Method in Redesign of Reverse Engineering

逆向工程作为一种开发周期短、开发成本低的设计方法逐渐成为当今产品设计的主流工具。本文综合利用价值工程理论,质量功能展开原理,目标成本法对逆向工程的反求方案建立成本控制模型,并将用户需求反映到功能重要度及功能目标成本上,确定具体的改进对象,进行再设计。

Product cost is the core factor which determines the product competitiveness. Reverse engineering is the main tool in product design which has short design cycle and low design cost. This paper uses value engineering theory and quality function development theory and target costing method to establish cost control model and use this model to decide the object to redesign. In this model, function important degree and function target cost are related to customer demand.
