摘要
通过水模型实验,对唐钢不锈钢厂2号连铸机中间包结构进行了优化设计。研究了180~200 mm板坯拉速为1.02~1.55 m/min时中间包挡墙、坝和湍流控制等对中间包流场的影响,从而确定中间包的最佳结构及几何参数。优化后中间包在流量为4.5 m^3/h时,中间包钢水最短停留时间由原先的52 s提高到106 s,平均停留时间由405 s增加到572 s,死区体积由6.21%下降至3.51%。
The optimum design of tundish structure for No2 concaster at Stainless Steel Plant, Tang Steel has been carried out by water modeling test. The tundish dam, weir and turbulence inhibiting on flow field in tundish with 180 ~200 mm slab casting speed 1.02~1.55 m/min was studied to obtain optimum structure and geometric parameters for tundish. After optimum, with flow rate 4. 5 m^3/h, the minimum residence time increased to 106 s from original 52 s, average residence time increased to 572 s from original 405 s, and dead zone volume decreased from 6. 21% to 3.51%.
