准分子激光角膜切削术治疗高度近视的并发症

Complication of high myopia photorefractive keratectomy with the excimer laser

评价准分子激光角膜切削术治疗高度近视的手术并发症。对PRK治疗的104例136眼高度近视散光术后12－18月随访，对手术并发症进行统计分析。近视回退90眼占66％；角膜上皮下混浊95眼占69.8％；低矫21眼占15.4％；最佳矫正视力下降2行以上14眼占11．1％。本组病例近视回退，角膜上皮下混浊和低矫的发生与试图矫正的屈光度有关，并发症的发生率远高于中低度近视。

To evaluate the complication of excimer laser photoablation as a treatment to correct high myopia. This study of 136 high myopia treated with photorefractive deratectomy(PRK),with a follow up of 12-18 months,was designed to statistical analysis the complication.Corneal haze was observed in 69.8% of eyes. 90 eyes(66%)showed regresion.Undercorrections of greater than 1.0 D occured in 15.4% of the eyes.14 eyes(11.1%) lost two lines of best-spectacle-corrected visual acuity. A greater incidence of compliaction were noted in these cases compared with these of low to moderate myopia,the incidence of corneal haze,regression and undercorrections.
