集群企业成长中的阶段性与信任机制变迁假说

On the Trust Evolution in Cluster Enterprise Growth

自20世纪80年代以来,以民营企业为主体的中国企业集群的出现,为研究集群演进与信任机制变迁之间的互动提供了机会。基于"人情"扩散而形成的关系型信任,促进企业集群迅速形成的同时也阻碍着集群的健康成长。本文致力于通过分析交易成本和社会嵌入对信任机制变迁的影响,揭示在集群成长的阶段性和网络化背景下,集群企业信任机制变迁的一般性轨迹。分析认为关系型信任机制与集群的发育期相适应,集群的演进更加需要计算型信任机制和制度型信任机制发挥主导作用。

Since the 1980＇s, the boom of enterprise clusters in China, mainly including private enterprises, has provided an opportunity to examine the interaction between cluster updating and trust evolu tion. The relationship-oriented trust mechanism typical of Chinese society stimulates the booming of clusters as well as hinders them from updating. By analyzing the transaction cost and the influence of social embedding o mechanism evolu most relevant in are badly needed n trus tion w the ini t evolution, this article puts forward a hypothesis model combining the trust ith an updating of clusters. It is suggested that the relationshlp-oriented trust is tial stage of clusters while calculation-oriented trust and instltution-oriented trust mature period.
