摘要
提出了一个用于大中型变电站的分散采集与集中处理后备保护方案。此方案采用数字化变电站的结构,将采集单元分散安装于现场,在一个周波内将电流与电压信号传输到计算机,集中由计算机进行计算与分析找出事故点,然后再根据主保护的动作情况发出后备保护跳闸命令。它可以同时发出全站所有保护的后备保护跳闸命令,缩短了后备保护动作时间,提高了供电系统的稳定性。
A backup protection program of decentralized acquisition and centralized processing is put forward for medium to large transformer substations. This program adopts digitalized substation structure in which the acquisition units are installed in field, after the current and voltage signals are transmitted to computer within a cycle, the computer will compute in a centralized way on the basis of the signals and find out the fault points and then send tripping commands to backup protection based on the actions of the main protection. The computer can signal the tripping commands to all backup protection in the substation so that the operating time of the backup protection is shortened and the stability of the power system is increased.
